I’m having trouble changing the door seal on my Frigidaire Affinity washing machine. I’ve looked up instructions online but I’m still confused about how to go about it. Does anyone have any experience with this type of repair? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips that could help me out. I’m not very handy with tools and I’m worried that I might make a mistake if I try to do this repair on my own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet.
2. Open the washer door and locate the screws that secure the door seal.
3. Remove the screws with a screwdriver.
4. Pull the door seal away from the washer door.
5. Measure the circumference of the door opening and purchase a new door seal of the same size.
6. Place the new door seal around the door opening and secure it with the screws.
7. Plug the washing machine back into the power outlet.
