I have a Frigidaire washing machine and I’m having trouble with the safety lid switch. I’ve tried to reset it, but it hasn’t worked. I’m wondering if there is a way to bypass the safety lid switch so I can use the machine without it. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? To bypass the safety lid switch, you can either use a jumper wire to connect the two terminals on the switch or you can remove the switch and replace it with a new one.
