I have a 3 wire GE washer lid switch that I’m trying to bypass. I’m not sure how to do this, and I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find any instructions on how to do this. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to bypass this switch? I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this. Thanks!
1. Unplug the washer and remove the top panel.
2. Locate the lid switch and disconnect the wires.
3. Connect the wires together to bypass the switch.
4. Replace the top panel and plug the washer back in.
