how do you reset a bosch microwave

I have a Bosch microwave that I’m having trouble resetting. I’ve looked through the manual but I’m still having trouble understanding the instructions. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset a Bosch microwave? I would really appreciate any help that I can get. Thanks in advance.
