how do you remove a built in electrolux microwave?

I’m having trouble removing a built-in Electrolux microwave. I’ve already unplugged it from the wall and removed the screws from the mounting plate, but it still won’t come out. I’m not sure what else I can do to get it out. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
