how do i reset my hotpoint washing machine?

I recently purchased a Hotpoint washing machine and I’m having trouble resetting it. I’ve read the manual and tried to follow the instructions, but I’m still having trouble. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on how to reset my Hotpoint washing machine. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong and I would really appreciate any help or advice that anyone can offer.
