how do i replace the auger motor in my electrolux ice maker

I am having trouble replacing the auger motor in my Electrolux ice maker. I have looked up the part online and have watched a few tutorials, but I am still having trouble figuring out how to replace it. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this?
