I have an Amana refrigerator and I’m trying to figure out how to remove the temp control box inside of it. I’m not sure how to go about doing this and I would really appreciate any help or advice that anyone can provide. I’m not sure if I need to unscrew something or if there is another way to get it out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

1. Unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet.
2. Locate the screws that secure the control box to the back wall of the refrigerator.
3. Remove the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
4. Pull the control box away from the wall and disconnect the electrical wiring from the back of the control box.
5. Lift the control box out of the refrigerator.
