hotpoint washing machine banging noise when spinning

I recently purchased a Hotpoint washing machine and it has been making a loud banging noise when it is spinning. I’m concerned that it might be a sign of a problem with the machine and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried adjusting the settings and checked for any loose parts but nothing seems to be working. I’m hoping that someone can help me out and provide some advice on how to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
