haier washer dryer combo how to unlock

I recently bought a Haier washer dryer combo and I’m having trouble unlocking it. I’ve looked through the manual but I’m still having trouble figuring out how to unlock it. Does anyone have any advice on how to unlock the washer dryer combo? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
