I recently purchased an Electrolux range and I’m having trouble unlocking the stovetop. I’ve tried pressing the lock button, but nothing seems to be happening. Is there a special way to unlock the stovetop on this model? I’d really appreciate any help or advice anyone has to offer. Thank you!

First, you’ll need to make sure that the range is off and that all burners are cool to the touch. Once you’ve done that, you’ll need to find the locking mechanism. This is usually located near the back of the range, and it will have a small button or lever that you can press or move to unlock the stovetop. Depending on the model of your range, it may also have a keypad that you can use to enter a code.
