First, I had to unplug the washer from the wall. Then, I had to remove the screws on the back of the control panel. Once the screws were removed, I was able to lift the control panel off the washer. I then had to disconnect the wires from the back of the control panel. Finally, I was able to remove the control panel and set it aside. It was a long and tedious process, but I’m glad I was able to do it myself. Now I can replace the control panel with a new one and get my washer back up and running!
