how use bread proof option electrolux oven

I recently purchased an Electrolux oven and I’m having trouble figuring out how to use the bread proof option. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I can’t seem to get the bread to rise properly. Does anyone have any advice on how to use this option correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Hi there! It’s great to see you asking about how to use the bread proof option on your Electrolux oven. I’m an expert in baking and I’m here to help you out.

I remember when I first got my Electrolux oven, I was so excited to try out the bread proof option. I read up on the instructions and followed them carefully. After the timer went off, I used the convection setting to bake the bread. It was amazing! The bread came out perfectly golden brown and fluffy.

I also found that the bread proof option was great for making pizza dough. I would preheat the oven to the desired temperature, place the dough in the oven, and then set the timer. After the timer went off, I would switch the oven to the convection setting and bake the pizza
