where is the defrost drain in my electrolux refrigerator

I have an Electrolux refrigerator and I’m having trouble finding the defrost drain. I’ve looked around the back and sides of the refrigerator but can’t seem to locate it. I’m hoping someone can help me out and tell me where the defrost drain is located. I’m not sure if it’s behind a panel or if it’s in a different area. Any help is much appreciated.

  1. Hi there! I’m glad you asked about the defrost drain in your Electrolux refrigerator. I’m an expert on this topic, so let me explain it to you.

First of all, it’s important to understand how the defrost drain works in your Electrolux refrigerator. The defrost drain is a small tube located inside the refrigerator that collects the water from the defrost cycle and drains it away. This is an important part of your refrigerator’s cooling system, as it helps to keep the refrigerator running smoothly.

Now, to locate the defrost drain in your Electrolux refrigerator, you’ll need to open up the back panel. This can be done by unscrewing the screws on the back panel and then sliding it off. Once the back panel is off, you’ll be able to see the defrost drain. It’s usually located near the bottom of the refrigerator, and it’s usually a small tube that’s connected to the evaporator coil.
