how to set temperature on ge monogram refrigerator

I recently purchased a GE Monogram refrigerator and am having difficulty setting the temperature. I have read the manual, but it is not clear how to set the temperature. I am wondering if anyone has experience with this refrigerator and can provide some advice on how to set the temperature. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
