how to reset ge refrigerator control panel

I have a GE refrigerator and I’m having trouble resetting the control panel. I’ve tried the usual methods of unplugging the refrigerator and plugging it back in, but that hasn’t worked. I’ve also looked up instructions online, but I’m still having trouble. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset the control panel? I’d really appreciate any help or advice you can provide.   1. To reset the control panel on a GE refrigerator, unplug the fridge for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Once the fridge has been plugged back in, press and hold the “Light” and “Lock” buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. This should reset the control panel.
