I recently purchased a GE side by side refrigerator and I’m having trouble figuring out how to turn it off. I’m not sure if I’m missing something obvious or if I need to take some additional steps. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to turn off this model of refrigerator? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To turn off a GE side-by-side refrigerator, locate the temperature control panel on the front of the refrigerator, then turn the temperature control knob to the “Off” position.
