I recently purchased a Hotpoint washer and I’m having trouble figuring out how to take the top off. I’ve looked online and in the manual but I’m still confused. Does anyone have any experience with this model and can explain to me how to take the top off? I’d really appreciate any help or advice. Thanks!

I remember the first time I had to take the top off my Hotpoint washer. I was so nervous, I didn’t want to break anything. I read the instructions, but I still felt unsure. I took a deep breath and decided to just go for it.
I started by unplugging the washer from the wall. Then I located the screws that were holding the top in place. I unscrewed them, and the top came off easily. I was relieved that it had gone so smoothly.
Next, I looked inside the washer and saw the various components. I identified the filter and the drain hose. I removed the filter and cleaned it, and then I disconnected the drain hose. I was surprised at how easy it was to do.
Finally, I put the top back on the washer. I made sure to screw it in tightly and plug it back into the wall. I was so proud of myself for successfully taking the
