I recently bought a Hotpoint washer and I’m having trouble replacing the belt. I’ve looked online for instructions but I’m still not sure how to do it. Does anyone have any experience with this type of washer and can explain to me how to replace the belt? I’d really appreciate any help that I can get.

I had a terrible time trying to replace the belt on my Hotpoint washer. I had no idea where to start and I was so frustrated. I finally decided to look up a tutorial online and I’m so glad I did. I found a step-by-step guide that made the process much easier. First, I unplugged the washer and removed the back panel. Then, I had to remove the drum and motor, which was a bit tricky. Once I had done that, I could easily access the belt. I replaced it with a new one and then reassembled the washer. It took me a few hours, but I was so relieved to finally have it done. It was a great feeling of accomplishment and I’m so glad I was able to fix it on my own.
