why is my hotpoint washing machine not spinning?

I have a Hotpoint washing machine that is not spinning. I have checked the power supply and it is working correctly. I have also checked the hoses and they are not blocked. I have tried to reset the machine but this has not worked either. I am not sure what else I can do to get the machine to spin. Does anyone have any advice on what I could do to get the machine to spin again? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
