I’m having trouble changing the belt on my Hotpoint dryer. I’ve already taken off the back panel, but I’m having difficulty figuring out how to get the old belt off and the new one on. I’ve looked online for instructions but can’t seem to find any that are specific to my model. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you!

I started by unplugging the dryer and removing the back panel. Once I had access to the motor, I used the screwdriver to loosen the motor mount and then removed the old belt. I then put the new belt around the drum and motor pulley, making sure it was tight.
