I was recently tasked with replacing the drum bearing on a Hotpoint washing machine. I was a little apprehensive at first, as I had never done this kind of repair before.
I started by unplugging the washing machine and removing the back panel. I then unscrewed the drum bearing and removed it. I then replaced it with the new bearing, making sure to line up the holes correctly.
