why is my hotpoint freezer not freezing

I’m having an issue with my Hotpoint freezer. It’s not freezing the food inside. I’ve checked the temperature setting and it’s set correctly. I’ve also checked the power outlet and it’s working fine. I’m not sure what else to do. I’m hoping someone here can help me out with this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing the freezer not to freeze? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
