why my frigidaire washing machine runs over

I have a Frigidaire washing machine and recently it has been running over. I’m not sure why this is happening and I’m looking for some help to figure out what is causing the issue. I’ve checked the hoses and they seem to be in good condition. I’ve also checked the drain and it seems to be working properly. I’m not sure what else to check or do to stop the machine from running over. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. The most common cause of a washing machine overflowing is a blocked or faulty drain pump. This can be caused by a build-up of lint, soap residue, or other debris in the drain pump filter. It can also be caused by a worn or broken drain pump impeller or a faulty drain hose.
