why is my bosch washing machine making a grinding noise

I have a Bosch washing machine and recently it has been making a grinding noise when I turn it on. I’m not sure what is causing the noise, but it is quite loud and concerning. I have checked the filter, but it doesn’t seem to be clogged. I have also checked the hoses and they are all connected properly. I’m not sure what else to do, so I’m asking for advice on what could be causing the grinding noise and how I can fix it.
