what is the difference between cold water clean and cold on a frigidaire washing machine

I’m looking to understand the difference between cold water clean and cold on a Frigidaire washing machine. I’ve heard that cold water clean is better for certain items, but I’m not sure why. Can anyone explain the difference between the two settings and why one is better than the other? Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Cold water clean is a setting on a Frigidaire washing machine that uses cold water to clean clothes. This setting is designed to help conserve energy by using cold water instead of hot or warm water. Cold, on the other hand, is a temperature setting that can be used with any cycle on a Frigidaire washing machine. This setting uses cold water to wash clothes, but does not necessarily conserve energy.
