how to use haier gas range oven

I recently purchased a Haier gas range oven and I’m having some difficulty figuring out how to use it. I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’ve read the manual and watched some tutorials, but I’m still having trouble understanding how to use the oven. I’m not sure how to set the temperature and how to set the timer. I’m also not sure how to use the different features like the convection oven, the broiler, and the self-cleaning cycle. Any advice on how to use this oven would be greatly appreciated.
