how to unlock haier dishwasher

I recently purchased a Haier dishwasher and I’m having trouble unlocking it. I’ve tried to follow the instructions in the user manual but it still won’t unlock. I’m not sure what else to do. Does anyone have any advice on how to unlock it? I’d really appreciate any help I can get.
