I have an Amana washing machine and it’s making a loud rubbing noise when it’s running. I’m not sure what’s causing it and I’m hoping someone can help me figure it out. I’ve checked the hoses and they seem to be in good condition. I’ve also checked the drum and it’s spinning properly. I’m not sure what else to do to try and stop the noise. Does anyone have any advice on how to stop the rubbing noise from my Amana washing machine? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The best way to stop the rubbing noise from an Amana washing machine is to check the suspension rods and shock absorbers, and replace any that are damaged or worn out. Additionally, check the motor mount and replace it if it is worn or loose. You may also need to adjust the feet of the washing machine if it is not level.
