I recently purchased an Amana washing machine and am having trouble resetting it. I’ve gone through the manual and tried the steps listed there, but I’m still having difficulty. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset the machine? I’d appreciate any help or tips that anyone can provide. Thank you!

I recently had to reset my Amana washing machine. It was a bit of a hassle, but I eventually figured it out. I started by unplugging the machine from the wall outlet and then pressing and holding the start/pause button for five seconds. This reset the machine back to its factory settings. Then, I had to press the start/pause button again and hold it for three seconds. This unlocked the control panel and allowed me to access the settings. I then had to select the cycle I wanted, and press the start/pause button once more to start the cycle. It was a bit tricky, but I eventually got it. Now, I can use my Amana washing machine with ease.
