how to replace motor coupler on frigidaire washing machine

I have a Frigidaire washing machine and I need to replace the motor coupler. I’m not sure how to do this and I’m hoping someone can help me. I’ve done some research and it seems like it’s a fairly simple process, but I’m still a bit confused. Does anyone have any advice on how to replace the motor coupler? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
