I have a Frigidaire Affinity washing machine and I’m trying to figure out how to remove the drain filter pump. I’ve looked online and I’m still not sure how to do it. I’ve tried to figure it out myself but I’m not sure I’m doing it correctly. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this? I’d really appreciate any help or guidance. Thanks in advance!

To remove the drain filter pump from a Frigidaire Affinity washing machine, first unplug the machine from the power source. Next, remove the lower front panel of the machine by unscrewing the screws located at the bottom of the front panel. Once the panel is removed, the drain filter pump will be visible. Disconnect the hoses from the pump and unscrew the screws that secure the pump to the machine. Finally, lift the pump out of the machine and discard it.
