I recently purchased a Frigidaire model FAFW3577KR1 washing machine and I’m having trouble installing the control board. I’ve looked online and read the manual, but I’m still having difficulty. Does anyone have any advice on how to install the control board correctly? I’m hoping to get some help from someone who has experience with this specific model. 1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Remove the back panel of the washing machine.
3. Locate the control board and disconnect the wiring harness.
4. Remove the mounting screws and remove the control board.
5. Install the new control board and secure it with the mounting screws.
6. Reconnect the wiring harness to the control board.
7. Replace the back panel of the washing machine.
8. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
