how to clean a amana washing machine

I recently bought an Amana washing machine and I’m having trouble figuring out how to clean it properly. I’ve read the manual and it seems like it should be pretty straightforward, but I’m still not sure how to go about it. I’ve heard that vinegar and baking soda can be used to clean the machine, but I’m not sure if that’s the best option. Does anyone have any advice on how to clean an Amana washing machine? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Once I moved into my first apartment, I was so excited to finally have my own washing machine. I had heard horror stories about how difficult it was to clean a washing machine, but I was determined to keep mine in tip-top shape. I started by doing some research online and found out that cleaning an Amana washing machine was actually quite easy. I started by unplugging the machine and taking off the front panel. I then used a soft cloth to wipe down the inside of the machine, paying special attention to the rubber seal. After that, I filled the machine with hot water and added a cup of white vinegar. I let the machine run for a few minutes before draining the water and wiping down the inside again. Finally, I ran a cycle with hot water and a cup of bleach to get rid of any lingering bacteria. After that, my Amana washing machine was as good as new!
