how do i reset my frigidaire washing machine

I recently purchased a Frigidaire washing machine, and I am having trouble resetting it. I have tried to follow the instructions in the manual, but I am still having difficulty. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, or if I am missing something. Is there anyone here who has experience with Frigidaire washing machines that could help me out?
