I have an Amana washing machine that has been banging around violently during the spin cycle. It’s really loud and I’m worried about it damaging the machine or other items in the laundry room. I don’t know what to do to stop it from happening. Does anyone have any advice on how to keep it from banging around so violently? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
1. Check the load size and adjust the water level to match the load size.
2. Make sure the washer is level and the feet are adjusted properly.
3. Check the shock absorbers and replace them if needed.
4. Check the drive belt for wear and replace if necessary.
5. Check the suspension springs and replace if needed.
6. Clean the filter and hoses regularly.
7. Make sure the clothes are evenly distributed in the drum.
8. Use the appropriate cycle for the load size.
9. Make sure the washer is not overloaded.
10. Use a low spin speed.
