If the change is stuck inside the washer, you can try using a pair of tweezers or a magnet to retrieve it. If the change is stuck in the drain hose, you can try using a wet/dry vacuum to suck it out. If the change is stuck in the pump, you can try to remove the pump and manually remove the change.
