I remember the first time I had to clean my KitchenAid oven. It was a daunting task, and I was worried I would do something wrong. I started by preheating the oven to the highest temperature, then turned it off. I then took out the oven racks and wiped them down with a damp cloth. Once that was done, I used a baking soda and water paste to scrub the interior walls of the oven. I let the paste sit for about 30 minutes, then wiped it away with a damp cloth. I then used a commercial oven cleaner to remove any remaining residue. I let the cleaner sit for about 10 minutes, then wiped it away with a damp cloth. Finally, I used a dry cloth to polish the interior of the oven. Cleaning my KitchenAid oven was a lot of work, but it was worth it in the end. Now my oven looks like new and I can enjoy cooking in it again.
