After some research, I found out that I had to remove the lower dishrack and unscrew the spray arm from the bottom. I was a bit intimidated at first, but I eventually got the courage to tackle the project. I used a screwdriver to loosen the screws and then gently pulled the spray arm out. I finally decided to try forcing it to defrost. I unplugged the freezer and opened the door. I used a hairdryer to blow warm air into the freezer and around the coils. I also used a fan to help circulate the air. I kept the door open for about an hour, and then I shut it. I plugged it back in and waited a few hours to see if it had worked. Thankfully, it had! I start by using a damp cloth to wipe away any dirt or food particles. Then I use a toothbrush to get into the nooks and crannies.
