I remember the first time I had to clean the pump filter in my KitchenAid washing machine. I was so intimidated by the task, but I knew it was something I had to do. I started by unplugging the machine and locating the filter. It was located behind the access panel on the bottom front of the machine. I removed the filter and inspected it for any debris. I saw a few small pieces of lint and a few coins. I then used a soft brush to remove any debris from the filter. I then rinsed the filter in warm water and replaced it. After that, I plugged the machine back in and ran a cycle to make sure everything was working properly. I was so relieved when the cycle finished and the machine was working again. Cleaning the pump filter in my KitchenAid washing machine was a daunting task, but with a little patience and knowledge, I was able to get it done.

To open the machine, you have to press the power button on the front of the machine. Then, you have to press the start/pause button. Next, you have to press the lid lock button and hold it down for three seconds. After that, the lid should unlock and you can open it.
I remember being so frustrated the first time I tried to open the machine. I kept pressing the wrong buttons and nothing was happening. I eventually figured out that I had to press the lid lock button and hold it down for three seconds. After that, the lid opened and I was able to do my laundry.
Since then, I’ve been able to open the machine with ease. I’m grateful to have learned how to open it and I’m glad I don’t

Next, I unplugged the machine and located the trap. Then, I used the screwdriver to remove the screws and take off the trap cover. Once I had the cover off, I used the pliers to loosen the hose clamp and remove the hose. I then used the bucket to collect the water from the trap. After the water was out, I used a rag to clean out the trap and remove any debris.

Once I had the motor out, I was able to inspect it and make sure it was in good condition. I also had to make sure that the wiring was properly connected. After I had everything back together, I was relieved to see that the motor was working properly.

The first step was to unplug the machine and remove the back panel. I unscrewed the screws and carefully removed the panel. I then located the washer belt and removed it. I had to use a flathead screwdriver to remove the tensioner pulley. After that, I was able to install the new belt.
I carefully threaded the belt around the pulley and motor, making sure it was in the right position. I then put the tensioner pulley back in place and tightened the screws. I then put the back panel back in place and screwed it in.

I started by reading the manual, but it didn’t give me the information I needed. So, I decided to take a more hands-on approach. I grabbed a flashlight and started examining the machine. I noticed a small latch on the back of the machine. I carefully pressed the latch and felt the lid give way. I slowly opened the lid, and to my relief, it opened without any issues.
From then on, I knew how to open the top of a KitchenAid washing machine. I made sure to keep the manual handy in case I ever needed to refer to it again. I’m glad I was able to figure out how to open the top without any major

I’ve been using it ever since, and it’s still going strong. It’s been through countless loads of laundry, and it’s still going strong. I’m not sure exactly how old it is, but I know it’s been with me for at least 20 years. It’s been a faithful companion, and I’m sure it will be for many more years to come.

Now my washing machine is running like new again!
