After that, I plugged the machine back in and ran a cycle to make sure everything was working properly. I was so relieved when the cycle finished and the machine was working again. Next, you have to press the lid lock button and hold it down for three seconds. After that, the lid should unlock and you can open it.

    I remember being so frustrated the first time I tried to open the machine. I kept pressing the wrong buttons and nothing was happening.     I started by reading the manual, but it didn’t give me the information I needed. So, I decided to take a more hands-on approach. I grabbed a flashlight and started examining the machine. I noticed a small latch on the back of the machine. I carefully pressed the latch and felt the lid give way. I slowly opened the lid, and to my relief, it opened without any issues.
