I love my Kenmore washing machine. It’s been with me through thick and thin and has always done its job. But, like all machines, it needs regular maintenance to keep it running smoothly. One of the most important tasks is cleaning the filter on the top loader.

I start by unplugging the machine and removing the top lid. Then, I take out the filter and clean it with warm, soapy water. I use a soft-bristled brush to make sure I get all the lint and dirt out. Once I’m done, I rinse the filter and let it air dry.

Next, I put the filter back in the machine and replace the lid. Then, I plug the machine back in and run a hot cycle with no clothes. This helps to flush out any remaining dirt and lint.

Finally, I run a normal cycle with a load of laundry to make sure everything is working properly. Cleaning

Then, I waited for about five minutes before plugging it back in. After that, I pressed and held the reset button for about 10 seconds. I was relieved when I heard a beep, indicating that the reset was successful. I then opened the door and set the temperature to the desired level. Finally, I closed the door and waited for the refrigerator to cool down. It was a stressful experience, but I’m glad I was able to reset my Kenmore refrigerator without having to call a technician.
