how to reset bosch refrigerator ice maker

I recently purchased a Bosch refrigerator and am having trouble resetting the ice maker. I have tried the usual troubleshooting steps such as unplugging the refrigerator and plugging it back in, but nothing seems to be working. I have also tried to reset the ice maker using the instructions in the manual, but I am still having difficulty. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset the ice maker properly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
