what does e 15 mean on a bosch dishwasher

I recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher and noticed that the model number has an “E15” at the end. I’m wondering what this means and if it affects the performance of the dishwasher in any way. Does anyone have any experience with this model number and could explain what the “E15” means? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Hello there!

Thanks for asking this question. I’m an expert on Bosch dishwashers and I’m here to help.

E15 is an error code that is displayed on the display of your Bosch dishwasher. It means that the dishwasher has detected a water leak. This can be caused by a number of things, such as a blocked drain hose, a blocked water inlet valve, or a faulty water inlet valve. It can also be caused by a faulty water pressure switch or a faulty water level sensor.

In order to fix this issue, you should first check the drain hose for any blockages. If the hose is blocked, you will need to clear it out. You should also check the water pressure switch and the water level sensor. If
