haier gas range with oven how to use

I recently purchased a Haier gas range with oven, and I’m not sure how to use it. I’m familiar with the basics of cooking on a gas range, but I’m not sure how to use the oven. I’ve read through the manual, but I’m still a bit confused. Can anyone provide me with some tips or advice on how to use my new oven? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
