I have a Frigidaire Affinity washing machine and I’m having trouble cleaning the drain filter pump. I’ve tried using a vacuum cleaner to remove any debris and dirt, but it’s not working. Can anyone provide me with advice on how to clean the drain filter pump? I’d really appreciate any help I can get.

To clean the drain filter pump from a Frigidaire Affinity washing machine, start by unplugging the machine from the power source. Remove the front panel of the machine and locate the filter. Unscrew the filter and remove it from the machine. Clean the filter with a soft brush and warm, soapy water. Rinse the filter thoroughly and reattach it to the machine. Replace the front panel and plug the machine back in.
