I have a Frigidaire washing machine and I am having trouble replacing the door. I have looked online for instructions, but I am still having trouble. I am not sure if I am missing a step or if I am just not understanding the instructions. Can someone please help me and explain how to replace the door on my Frigidaire washing machine? 1. Unplug the washing machine and shut off the water supply.
2. Remove the screws that hold the door panel in place.
3. Carefully lift the door panel off the machine.
4. Disconnect the wiring harness from the door switch.
5. Remove the screws that hold the door in place.
6. Carefully lift the door off the machine.
7. Install the new door in the reverse order.
8. Reconnect the wiring harness to the door switch.
9. Secure the door panel with the screws.
10. Turn on the water supply and plug in the washing machine.
