I’m having trouble advancing the defrost timer in my Amana French Door Refrigerator. I’ve read the manual, but I’m still not sure how to do it. Is there anyone out there who can help me? To advance the defrost timer on an Amana French Door Refrigerator, locate the defrost timer knob on the back of the refrigerator and turn it clockwise. This will advance the timer and start the defrost cycle.
